Fishermen will be fishing or laying traps to catch river prawns to be sold or used as food. The distinctive feature of river prawns is their large size and long muscles. The important thing is that the prawn meat will be firm when grilled. The reason why river prawns have firm meat is that they have exercised and exerted swimming around. After all, they have to find food for themselves. River prawns growing in natural water sources will receive complete nutrients. Therefore, the meat of the prawn is firm. Are river prawns different from giant river prawns?
